Gonna be a hot minute, just started website(5/26) and have thousands of pieces of both casual and professional content spanning decades.
This page will take awhile to compile as I have to rediscover and dig up most of the material, can feel the universe giggling at the irony.

Dinosaurs in Their World
Carnegie Museum of Natural History
The exhibit staff at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History were in the late stages of putting together another new attempt at rebuilding the monumentally historic Dinosaur Hall. The very room that kicked off the museum craze and the global hunt for more dinosaurs.
They'd been trying since as far back as the 1960s with no luck, and it usually boiled down to not having a comprehensive overview of the project. So my challenge was set, and the difference this time was adding another dimension and using real data to plan a 3D layout, so we could see what fit where.
Then I had to do something I did not think I'd have to do: manually measure most of the specimens myself. Often the units I needed were not recorded, and were mostly too arbitrary if so.
I have a thing for accuracy, especially when it's as relevant as this. Measuring a Diplodocus, bone by bone, is quite the experience.
This was all very rushed, quick and dirty, but it worked. The next pitch they made landed them 17 of the 37 million dollar project, and things finally kicked into gear, after decades of duds.
A larger exhibit firm then took over and built a much larger and more thorough scale model. It was incredibly useful as the project proceeded.
In the end the thing the director loved most was the cover of the companion book I made to go with the models. On it was a spreadsheet of every dinosaur and details on the status of each one... they could look at the cover of the book alone and estimate budget and time spanning years accordingly.

Homicide Forenzics
First took the stand as an Expert Witness in the mid 1990's, was barely old enough to legally drink alcohol.
But I could measure, and build, and obsessed over details most would dismiss, and carried zero narrative. The scene itself said everything I was there to explain and represent evidence clearly for others to decide.
Effectively solved 2 of the 3 cases worked on, but the outlier didn't need solving. I politely declined to continue once I informed them the opposition would get more use out of a model than they would, and I can't do anything about that. Not that they would need it, the existing evidence was already strong enough.
The stories either fit or they didn't.
Nullius in Verba. Results decide, I allow reality itself to be the final judge, revealing the deeper truth every time.
